Our Wedding Cake
Wednesday, November 19, 2008 I'm a strict white-on-white type of girl--so it was only appropriate for us to have a modest wedding cake for my taste and then a table full of different cakes/pies for the guests to choose from. My aunt and her close friend baked and iced our main wedding cake...yumm..straight up buttercream..to die for :)

The cake was AMAZING! and so was the rest of the wedding...you were beautiful (as always). And I must say...whoever positioned those votive candles and table runner on the cake table must be an amazing wedding decorators ;-)

I love the birds on top of the cake! It reminds me of "Little Women" and Beth's line, "Birds in their little nest agree." I want that too! Course, I'm not even dating but, hope springs eternal in the human heart!
Where did you get those birds? I would like to do something similar for my wedding cake. I love it! Thanks!
