My New Color?
In 2008 I had a color -- a sort of baby-blue/aqua that I just happened to use for my wedding as well as register for in my kitchen wedding registry. I love how soft it feels in a room but at the same time pops off the wall, a sweet surprise :) But is it time to retire? and find a new color to obsess over. Maybe a soft mustard yellow perhaps? In any case...let's reminisce for a moment over a few blue interiors...

According to Patone, the color of 2009 will be Mimosa. Fits right in line with your mustard yellow. I'm still all over the yellow/gray combo.

This color has been my color as well and I still love it. I paired it with a mustard-y yellow to decorate our new living room!

when domino did a feature on the blonde redhead house, i was obssessed with light light blue. such a beautiful color.
i had the same obsession! i had a turquoise bedroom in college with a lighter color kitchen. when i moved into my current house i was still on the blue train, so my current bedroom is light blue. finally this year (been in my house 6 years!) i have decided i am sick of the blue. i re-painted my kitchen a wonderful green. MANY doubted me, but it turned out beautiful. the color is benjamin moore forest moss. i also painted small inset selves a chartreuse color. my new bedroom color has yet to be decided - either navy or grey. it takes me forever to decide!
I had baby blue wallsin my teenage bedroom and then all over my next home with my dad. It drove me crazy after all that time!!! lol. I mean, it was me and dads whole house!
