Rebecca Thuss
One of the graduate classes I just started is Studio Craft -- learning to photograph in a studio environment whether it be still life or portraiture. The styling of Rebecca Thuss is always a major source of inspiration for me. The photographs and arrangements are so light and delicate, everything placed effortlessly yet perfectly.

these are beautiful and definitely inspiring...your class sounds amazing, i'd like to take one like that.
I love her work, as well. Her website has amazing photographs!
I love it when a photographer can capture both the ethereal nature of a subject as well as its absolute concrete existence. That is certainly the case with the photos of the feathers. She does amazing work.
She is so amazing!
I've seen a bunch of her work in magazines and have LOVED it! She's really amazing! You're right, her work seems so effortless. I can't seem to get that same result in my photos...I guess that's why taking a course like the one you're involved in would be handy.
what was your undergrad major?
I can't wait until you start posting your projects from your own classes. I posted a few words about you on my blog and gave you an award. Available here: http://amindfulbride.blogspot.com/2009/03/award-for-me.html
