Life Lately.

life lately..

I signed up for a knitting class and I'm finally learning how to knit! It will be so great to have such a small and contained craft.

life lately..

I've been spending money on sample sales instead of saving up for Christmas presents. Whoops. Shirts from Steven Alan and Built by Wendy.

life lately..

Patterns, patterns, patterns. All day long I'm drafting patterns, working on new projects, and finishing up school work.

life lately..

I've been wearing cozy, mis-matched things in the comfort of my home.

So fun to knit right? I took a class last winter and now I'm knitting away. It's really relaxing to pick up for a few minutes everyday and feel like you accomplished something.

Knitting is so fun! I haven't done much of it lately but perhaps this winter I'll pick it up again. And I've been spending my Christmas pressie money on things I shouldn't be too hehe

I love every one of these photos. I would love to learn to knit, but I know I don't have the time to commit to it right now.

Oh, and I love your purchases!! Amazing.

All winter long I only wear crazy patterned slippers and socks around the house. With the weather being so gloomy outside, having colourful feet really cheer you up!

I totally have those SmartWool socks in red AND green. Absolute necessity this time of year.

mismatched just fine !!!

i have set my mind on knitting a scarf, just need to find someone to get me started. maybe a class wouldn't be a bad idea :)

found you via a photo posted on pinterest.com and am poking around here -- love your photography!

But HAD to comment about your idea of knitting being contained LOL -- it will take over your life, your closets, your drawers, challenge you for storage space but hey -- there are worse things in life (from a fellow knitter). And hopefully you've heard of Ravelry.com, too!! Cheers!
