New Year? Resolutions?
I like the idea of New Year's resolutions but I rarely do it. But it's nice every year to freshen up, recharge, and get the year started right even if you don't have any major goals. I did, however, proposition to my hub something to "try-out" for the month of January...no eating out. Here we are at day 11 still going strong, but it has been pretty tough. Since we work from home together, going out for a bite to eat is such a great break in our day. I'll report back at the end of the month to let you know how it went!
Here are my loves testing out a portable high chair..you know, for when we start to eat out again :)

Good luck! No eating out is hard! But moving to Scotland forced me to start cooking more... Not as many easy access restaurants around. I have really started to enjoy cooking! (cute chair!)
great resolution! even if it's just one month.
Instead of "eating out" which is hard/expensive with three little kids, we pack a special dinner and drive to our favourite lookout which overlooks the bay and the city and set up chairs and eat in the boot (trunk) of our car with the door open... it gets us out and no worries about mess cause we're outside and the kids think it's fun. :)
Great idea! Although I think I could only do this if brunch was excluded... haha. We rarely eat dinner out but brunch on weekends is such a necessary part of our weekend tradition. I've been thinking of putting that portable high chair on our baby registry. Would love to know how you like it!
No Glenn's?! ahhhhh!!! :-)
Tell me about your kitchen chairs - I like them a lot and I'm shopping! :)
I hope you're all wonderful!
Thank you!
Ashton
