The Last Horizon

Unfortunately, our Maine trip didn't pan out as we had hoped, cancelled flights and rainy weather were dappening but we still joined an awesome couple for their wedding weekend on a beautiful lake. And to my surprise, the bride wore one of my dresses for her rehearsal dinner.

The Horizon fabric has been an insanely popular fabric in my collection -- so much so that I've run out and have been so sad that I can't find more. It was a short run fabric that I found last minute before launching my first collection in 2011 and it quickly turned into a favorite.

My bride last weekend, Christy, was able to snatch up one of the last dresses I made in the Horizon print and pulled it off so well..

I have the horizon skirt! It is such a pretty fabric! It makes a lovely dress, too.

I consider that print ubiquitous with Whitney Deal. It's the end of an era! The print went out with a bang, for certain--she looks lovely.
