Little Minis

I received just the sweetest bundle in the mail last week -- this adorable chambray romper from Little Minis for my daugther. Behind this little romper is a children's fashion line that is eco-friendly, fashionable, and function. The best part of the brand is that they use vintage dead-stock fabric for the garments. I love that!

I also love a garment that is well made and has small yet thoughtful details. The gold buttons on the pant cuff are the perfect touch. I paired the romper with gold Saltwater Sandals and a Hello, Shiso crackled hair clip.

And let's just all jump and shout for the beautiful spring weather we're experiencing here in the southeast -- perfect weather for a little romper :)

Fall Wardrobe Inspiration

Anyone else out there ready to begin layering?! I love a change in season and anticipate it way earlier than I should but it's fun to daydream about adding new pieces to your wardrobe to compliment existing staples. With this outfit I'm layering a checkered button-up with vibrant, slouchy red sweater. I've got a few pairs of these toothpick style pants and I just can't say goodbye to my pons sandals yet! Top it all off with a patterned infinity scarf and these super fun hexy earring studs.

Hers + Mine :: Navy Sneakers

A nice, neutral sneaker that transitions well between seasons is exactly what I'm on the market for. I've chosen this pair by Cienta Kids for my daugther and I'm eyeing this lace-up by Tretorn for myself..

Current Obsession: Drawstring Pants

I should probably have a disclaimer with this "current obessesion" blog post because I'm typing it at seven months pregnant when barely nothing in my wardrobe fits -- but for some reason, I'm pretty sure I'd be crushing over this type of pant if I was my normal size. I say this because I hate buying maternity clothes and desparately seek out wardrobe staples that will cross over post-patrum. So ta-da!  I gave this pair of Jcrew linen drawstring pants a go and have been so glad I did. Now I'm scouring the internet for more chic drawstring options..

This pair I found during the Steven Alan online sale by Sessun...

Ohhh and this chambray pair, also from Jcrew..

Coming Soon to Etsy Shop: Women's Silk Tunic

I made a batch of my favorite summer tunic in this lovely (limited edition) grey silk fabric -- available next week in my etsy shop. Simply put, it's buttery. I'm typically a big fan of a tunic but it's also working really well right now for my growing baby bump. It's light-weight, comfy, and chic.

I've had interest in the pattern that I used for this tunic. It's actually my pattern and hope to have it available to purchase as a PDF download in the coming weeks.

Wear It

The temps may be inching up to summer heat, but I'm always on the hunt for a light-weight cardigan. Is it just me, or do restaraunts and stores abuse the air conditioner during summer months? I usually keep something for my arms stored away in my purse at all times..

Love this from Muji...and paired with a simple sandal...perfection.

Hers + Mine :: Native Shoes

We're ready for spring. Period. Love these slip-ons by Native Shoes.
