Perfect pair of fall boots from Zara for my new walker. There is not really much to say here except YES. Oh, and do they come in my size?

Yes.

I don't really have anything to say about this except -- omigod, yes.

Oh, and that apparently I'm into a mustard color lately.

Hers + Mine

As long as she'll let me, I can't resist a little same-sies with my little girl. Rocking Avarcas Pons together would be perfect.

Handmade Swimwear by Mimi Hammer

I was perusing my blog feed recently and stopped in my tracks when I saw these swimsuits over on Olivet. I've never attempted sewing myself a swimsuit but seeing these by Mimi Hammer has got me thinking...ruffles, high-waisted, one-pieces, what more could you ask for?

I ended up going with this suit and this one for my summer swim season but I'm intrigued by the idea of a handmade suit. Anyone every made their own swimsuit?

Lucky Mag + Vaseline Spray & Go Moisturizer

It's not everyday that I partner up with a company to test out a product, but when Lucky Magazine approached me about trying Vaseline's new Spray & Go Moisturizer I was intrigued. This has long been a pet peeve of mine, the necessary evil of lathering on lotion after my morning shower. Normally, I would hang around in my bathrobe waiting for it to dry -- blah, boring. So I gave this spray moisturizer a shot, and voila, I have new efficient addition to my morning routine!

I am incredibly grateful that but my hub and I work from home, but it has definitely taken some time to figure out ways to stay productive with an adorable baby eating up our attention. Mornings are essential, if I don't get up and get going, the whole day is messed up. I've long been a believer of deciding what I wear the night before. Even if I'm going super casual (jeans/tshirt),  when I already have it picked out I start my day out so much better. Vaseline's Spray & Go Moisturizer has helped shave off time from my morning routine (hallelujah!) -- now if only I could find a product that would dry and style my hair just as quickly :)

If I were to choose one outfit as part of my daily,  nightime prep for the next day, that I would then wear every day (especially now that I'm a mom)..this would be it...(sorry for that incredible, run on sentence)…

A little something for myself..

I spend most of my days sewing for other people, which is awesome and I love it -- but it's definitely important for me to carve a little time out for myself. Honestly, I don't necessarily enjoy making clothes for myself, like most people, I prefer to shop other people creations. However, I recently made this little spring top for myself. This was my take on no longer being patient for spring! Hurry on now.
